Without much ado

...så kommer här övningsrundan från i lördags. Haunches in (sluta) och galoppövergångar stod på shemat. Men största delen av tiden ägnades åt liberty. Vi är inte direkt några talanger Annie och jag :)

och som vanligt Davalees analys:
Liberty
Way to insist she go the direction you ask - good job
Nice at 3:47
Good timing of reward at 4:33
Always remember to slightly step or lean back to open the door for her head to come toward you - sometimes it looks like she may not have as much space as she needs but could be camera angle also
Good thought at 5:27 - that's fine!
Nice at 5:52!
6:39 you got a better response from her - that a 1% improvement which is great!
9:36 way to position yourself - it's ok she left - you were correct
10:34 - that's fine - good idea to do follow me into send
Way to work through the 11 - 12 minute stuff - it's all normal, you did great at being consistent and persistent
Yay at 12:09!!  Good reward!
13:32- she came back and then also made the corner - that's great
Great job on those circles around 14:30
15:48 nice!
17:13 - step back in your draw a bit more and wait a bit longer for her to decide what she's going to do
At 18:01 - good job on body language and reading her!  At 19:04 too.
At 20:33 I probably would have quit and gone to her for reward time.
At 21:11 she's licking so that would have been a good time to stop and let her process.
I like that you're really spending time rewarding her!

Riding

30:39 - there was your 1% improvement on haunches in
31:00 - nice!

33:00 - soften her jaw a bit stronger and longer here - she got hollow at about 32:59
She doesn't always want to give her right throatlatch and jaw area - examples at 34:02, 34:20 and 34:40 - so just be aware and over soften her when she's resistant.
Lope depart at 35:54 - Nice.  Keep your shoulders back and your back straight.  Use your hips to help her drive from behind.  Shoulders need to stay back and still
Good job making her back after the bad stop
36:54 you got a more balanced downward transition - that's a great response to the work you're doing in this exercise!
37:29 - nice - again just stay back and use your seat.  Again your transitions down are showing better balance here.  Yay!
